At HydraPak, we stand behind the quality of our hydration gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and exchange process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
